If you choose to turn it on, this neat utility gives you the ability to
collect and store important data collected from participants for later
retrieval and
analysis.
You have the choice of collecting what data you want or need from each
person as they log in to your webinar or conference. Do you want to collect
names, phone numbers, email addresses? You can even ask the names of their
favorite movies or pizza joints if you want to. The data collection system
is fully customizable and the information stays on our servers until you
download it.
A limited version of AIR comes as part of the basic package but, if you need more data than what
you can collect here, you have the option of opting for the “AIR Plus”
upgrade for just $10/month.
For instance, you can gather the basic information from your people as they
come in and then you can do a satisfaction survey at the end of the
presentation.
Perfect for lead capturing, pre-registration, collect information from
invitees about what they’d like to see during the conference.
AIR Plus can be used outside the conference room which means you can use email
for data collection.
QuikCast Desktop Capture Utility included

screen shot of your desktop or any part of it and, within seconds, show it
to your room participants.
QuikCast can be used to set up a classy presentation using PowerPoint slides
for instance. These can be pre-recorded and edited to make sure you can do

Your presentation is saved automatically to our servers so you can
recall it quickly and easily when it comes time to show it.

Usually ondemand systems can cost you as much as $.15 to $.33 a minute per participant (without voice), but
we've brought that cost down to an
incomparable $.005 per minute ($.30 per hour per participant).
